Dear Readers of A Nation Gone Blind, Other Recipients, and Friends:
..........Kevin Barrett brings more good news, this time by way of Professor Bruce Lawrence, according to Kevin the head of Duke University's Religious Studies program, who, with others, has gone on record to say that Osama bin Laden never was the 9/11 perpetrator and that the Bush administration has been lying about Osama's role and about his identity for five years.
..........As you can see for yourself by taking a look at Kevin's new article, the case is strong and clear. I'm sending his piece to Hillary Clinton and Charles Schumer, senators from New York, and I'm sending the link to all of you. I hope you'll also spread it far and wide. Even if the nation isn't completely blind to the murder and treason that have been committed by its leaders, it may as well be blind until such time as its citizens say or admit in writing or in spoken words that they know the truth.
..........Read Kevin's piece, along with its several links, see what you think, don't be afraid, and—as you see it—think, speak, say, and write the truth as widely as you can. Otherwise, no matter what happens in the next election, the U.S. will remain a prison state with thuggery as its foreign policy, lies of cover-up and silence as the universal practice of its media, and every legality in place and every trigger cocked in the interest of bringing about, whenever convenient or expedient, martial law.

..........My error—or my jumping to a conclusion not shared or expressed by Bruce Lawrence—is in the words I wrote to the effect that Lawrence "has gone on record to say that Osama bin Laden never was the 9/11 perpetrator."
..........Please note: That isn't true. I mean, it isn't true that Bruce Lawrence went on record to make that assertion, and I therefore hereby apologize for my clumsy error and furthermore—can a person do this?—withdraw it.
..........The accurate story is phrased this way, by Kevin Barrett in his own announcement:

....................sistence that the tape is authentic, America's top academic Bin Laden expert
....................has finally gone on the record, joining numerous other experts. 'It's bogus,'
